I don't know about the rest of you but, I'm glad Christmas is over. [A beat.] There's something I was wondering about though. What happens here on New Years? Do we all make resolutions and go out for the night as expected or will it be like Halloween?

I have to admit when some of you started predicting monsters, massacres, and the end of the world were just around the corner, I thought you were having some of fun at our expense because of the holiday.

Nice to see we all made it through alright despite that. [A beat]  All of the people who stayed behind to fight did make it through okay, right?

Do you have a purpose in life? Did you find it here or back wherever you call home? Has being here changed it?
